Pathologists are the educators of the medical community, continually sharing rare and interesting cases with their colleagues and other health care professionals. We thought it would be helpful for the patient to enter the mind of the pathologist to better understand the nuances and vast knowledge base that a surgical pathologist must manage to render a final diagnosis. The cases are divided into broad general categories. Currently, these cases are used as part of the teaching programs for the Departments of Pathology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, CA and for the Dermatology Residents of the Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pomona, CA. and Harbor-UCLA Department of Dermatology.

The Affiliated Pathologists Medical Group is the organizer and coordinator of this program and website.
