92 y.o. female with a 1.5 cm purplish skin nodule on the palm of the left hand.

A 69 year-old man was admitted with urinary urgency and hematuria. 

A lesion of the cornea from a 67 year old Caucasian female history of chronic corneal ulcer (x 6 months) and status post Lasik surgery.

Two tumors of the hard palate presenting in a 59 year old woman and a 73 year old man.

An HIV+ 50 year old male nurse presented with a history of flank pain, fever, pancytopenia, weight loss, and nephrolithiasis.  He presents with abnormal cells in an ascitic fluid cytology.

Which is the true basal cell carcinoma?

This is a 68 year-old male with history of asthma and 1 year history of increasing respiratory distress and treated few months ago for pneumonia.  Open lung biopsy was performed due to recent increase in right lower lobe nodularity.

This is an 84 year-old female who was seen by a urologist for a urethral mass. Mass was excised and clinically was thought to be a “urethral caruncle”.

A 60-year-old man presented with unilateral pleural effusion two weeks following a minor episode of chest wall trauma.
