Case of the Day

A 65 year old man with chronic renal failure, currently on dialysis. Gradual onset of indurated plaques on the lower extremities with scaling.

This article expands the morphologic spectrum of the serrated adenoma adding this peculiar feature of a filiform appearance to the familiar histopathogic criteria.
